According to your bookings your accommodation will be sustained until arrival
All bookings will be confirmed in black and white. This confirmation contains the price of the services ordered and booked, and the terms of booking. In case of any misunderstandings you have the chance to cancel your booking free of charge.
The booking may be cancelled or modified free of charge in black and white (e-mail or fax) or in person in case of individual booking within 2 business days before your arrival, in case of groups (under 40 people or 40 nights) and in case of renting conference rooms within 7 business day before arrival. Over 40 people or 40 nights the terms of cancellation or modification will be written according to their individual agreement.
If the guest or groups do not arrive and take the rooms and services booked and confirmed, the hotel offering the books and services is entitled to charge the orderer the total expenses of the booking.
If on arrival the number of guests is different from the order and it wasn’t modified within deadline, the total expenses of the ordered capacity has to be paid by the orderer.
